Where possible we have chosen to use recycled materials and recyclable materials in our packaging.
You can expect the following:
The normal size essential oils of 2g and 5g come in 5g dark green glass bottles. They are clearly labelled with identifying information and batch numbers. These are packaged in protective plastic packaging with tamper proof plastic lids.
The larger size essential oils come in 15g and 50g dark green glass bottles. They are clearly labelled with identifying information and batch numbers. Macerated oils and flower waters come in dark brown glass bottles with black plastic lids. They are clearly labelled with identifying information and batch numbers.
Herbs are packaged in taped, closed, tough, flour-bag quality brown paper bags. If the herbs are in powder form they are first placed in a plastic bag. The bags are clearly labelled with identifying information and batch numbers.
Packaging such as shredded waste paper is used as appropriate. The packages are clearly labelled for delivery to the delivery address provided by you the customer. We have made every effort to work with local companies in asking that they save their delivery packaging for us; in turn we can re-use boxes to send you your goods and trying to save our environment.
Enclosed in the package will be a copy of the invoice.
